Ali Awad – Personal Injury Attorney

Ali Awad – Personal Injury Attorney

My next guest has been an entrepreneur pretty much his entire life.  In grade school he was selling Dragon Ball Z graphics to his friends. In middle school and high school, he was selling electronics on eBay.  By the time he reached college he knew we wanted to become an attorney so before he graduated with a Law Degree, he put out educational videos, to build an audience.

Although the entrepreneurial DNA is strong with this guy, he did something unexpected after graduation.  He went to work for a law firm so he could learn how NOT to run a law practice, how NOT to lead employees, and how NOT to manage client expectations.

One key topic we talk about on this episode is the importance of hiring great people and that paying more up-front can actually save you money in the long run.

Today he owns a fast growing personal injury law practice with 21 employees and he has his sights set on growing that firm to 100 employees by the end of 2021.  Please welcome, Ali Awad.

Mitch Stephen – Real Estate Investor

Imagine putting $250,000 on credit cards to buy, renovate, and rent homes.  From my perspective, this is one of the most stupid financial decisions you can make.  In fact, my next guest almost went through a divorce because of this decision.  As you listen to this episode, he actually pulled off the impossible and made this investing strategy work.  Although he doesn’t recommend buying homes on credit cards today, he does teach his students how to obtain private lending for real estate investment purposes.  He has owned more than 2,000 homes and has perfected a method of achieving cash-flow without having to be a landlord and without having to rehab properties.  Please welcome Mitch Stephen.

Manuj Aggarwal – Data Scientist, Inventor and Entrepreneur

We live in a society where envy is significantly more prominent than appreciation.  As quoted by my next guest, “If you were to see what’s really going on in other people’s lives, you would see that it’s just as rotten as your own life.”  My next guest has a great appreciation for this life.  His journey began at age 15 where his first job paid $2/day.  With dreams of becoming more than a factory worker, he set his sights on computers and programming.  He saved every penny he could to pay for one technical class.  After clawing and scraping through education, he eventually moved from India to Canada to start a new life where he began his career in tech.  Fast forward to today, he has 4 patents in AI (artificial intelligence) and he’s been fortunate enough to work with some of the biggest brands on the planet including Microsoft, Pearson, and IBM.  Please welcome Manuj Aggarwal.

Dan Matthews – Copywriter (Facebook Ads, Landing Pages…)

Sales is the lifeblood of a business but selling online is much harder than selling in person or over the phone.  When selling online you can’t read emotions, mirror behavior, or use body language to make the customer more comfortable.  Selling online is a science and even one wrong word can cause your prospects to run the other direction.  My next guest has a wide range of life experience that has allowed him to have a deeper understanding of how people think and he’s applied this experience to writing engaging copy that converts hesitant prospects into paying customers.  His specialties include Facebook Ads, Landing Pages, Sales Letters, and Email Sequences.  At the end of the interview he provides some profound wisdom on psychology and how we can change our mindset to achieve even the most impossible goals.  Please welcome Dan Matthews.
